A collection of articles regarding safe abortion. Respect Choice connects what was adopted at the ICPD in respect to the UN Millennium Development Goal to improve maternal health, and show that it is essential to make sure that women have access to safe abortion for its achievement. The book also points out that access to safe abortion is a human right. The book mixes reflections and accounts of personal experiences with political analysis of the debate surrounding abortion.
