Peer educators

RFSU previously worked with Congolese organisation Association des Animateurs Sanitaires – Uvira (AASU). This was an initiative made by the local branch of RFSU in Stockholm. The aim of the partnership with AASU was to improve the health situation in the DRC through the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV and AIDS, by providing the public with information and sexuality education. The project ended in 2011.
