I have a few questions about masturbation. Is it harmful to masturbate and ejaculate too often? Can it be a good thing? Can the sperm run out if you come too much? How quickly do the testicles fill with sperm?
Masturbating is not harmful, as long as you do it because it feels good. Sperm production is constant and does not run out. The testicles don’t just contain sperm, but a number of other glands and there is a balance relating to how often you ejaculate. If you haven’t masturbated for a very long time, you can get wet dreams. These usually pass with time.
