I have masses of white spots around the head of my penis. What can it be? I’ve never had sex, so it can’t be an STI.
The white spots around the head of your penis are commonly called “penile papules”. These are tiny little flaps of skin. They are completely normal with around 70% of all adult men having them. So there is no cause for concern.
