RFSU’s vision is a world in which everyone is free to make decisions about their own bodies and sexuality - but can this vision be upheld in a world where everyone’s lives will be more and more impacted and possibly restricted by the climate crisis? To help us answer this question, RFSU turned to some of our partner organisations in Liberia, Kenya, Brazil and Cambodia. We asked them what linkages they see between the climate crisis and SRHR, and what are their calls to action.

Fundraising Campaign for Ukraine

Together with our umbrella organisation International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), RFSU is raising funds for several initiatives carried out by our sister organizations and partners in Ukraine and neighboring countries.

Annual meeting about Global SRHR issues

Sara Österlund (Senior Policy Adviser Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights at RFSU and facilitator of the Swedish Platform for Global SRHR issues) organised the annual meeting for members of the platform, in cooperation with Läkarmissionen and Plan International Sweden. The webinar, held on 17 May, aimed to build capacity among participants and to inspire cross-sectorial contacts in Sweden around SRHR and more specifically access to safe abortion, prevention of conflict related sexual violence and sexual well-being and pleasure among young people.
