Methods and Tools
RFSU provides seed funds to partner organisations to put forward initiatives aimed at strengthening their own organisational intersectional practice in the form of developing methodologies and tools.
In addition, we provide one-on-one organisational coaching to reflect and find solutions to specific organisational processes related to topics such as leadership, risk management and other prioritised areas identified by partner organisations.
